Email your official exam failure report as a PDF within 30 days of the exam date to support@developeros.in.

Does this apply to every CloudPrep plan?
The guarantee applies to paid CloudPrep plans tied to a supported certification track. Free usage is excluded because no payment was made.
What counts as proof of failure?
We require the official score report or exam failure report from the certification provider. Screenshots without provider-issued proof are not enough.
What happens if my readiness score drops after the exam?
We review the readiness state and completed mocks that were on your account before the exam date, not after it.
